Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the AreaViz iOS and macOS application (the "Service") operated by BoardTack ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The Service does not provide AI access on its own. To chat with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini you must register your own API key issued by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google (each a "Provider"). You are responsible for obtaining and safeguarding your keys, for complying with each Provider's terms and usage policies, and for all fees a Provider charges to your account for usage generated through the Service. BoardTack is not a party to your agreement with any Provider, does not resell Provider services, and has no control over Provider pricing, availability, rate limits, or model changes. Keys are stored in the Keychain on your device (and in iCloud Keychain if you enable it) and are transmitted only to the corresponding Provider.
The Service is free to download and use with your own API keys. Additional features ("Pro") may be unlocked with a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Pro is not a subscription and does not renew. A free trial of Pro features may be offered for a limited period after you register your first API key; the trial ends automatically and no charge is made unless you purchase Pro. Purchases can be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Users who purchased token packs in earlier versions of the Service are granted Pro at no additional charge.
BoardTack may change the price of Pro at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed. Provider fees for API usage are set solely by each Provider and are outside BoardTack's control.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies. Except when required by law, BoardTack does not issue refunds directly. Fees charged by a Provider for API usage are governed by that Provider's policies.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BoardTack and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Korea and foreign countries.
In no event shall BoardTack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
